This year's leader of Jazz podium is the renowned Slovenian multi-instrumentalist and composer Vasko Atanasovski. Balkan flowers, the first of his three eveings on Lent, is a boquet from three countries – the humorous Croatian drummer, a popular Serbian pianist/keyboarder Vasil Hađimanov and the progressive Slovenian bass player. Whenever Atanasovski is conducting the group, you can always expect a congenial evening all the way from Vardar to Triglav.
